Small but so joyful. This sleeping lillies painting is done with the addition of cold wax for super texture. I was able to carve into the wax for design. The colors are still vibrant, but the painting as an overall soft feel from the addition of the wax. It won’t melt unless temps get over 155 degrees. And if that happens, we have much bigger problems! Just as always, never place artwork in direct sun, ever.
This painting is done in oils and cold wax on a cradled wood panel. 9” x 12”x .75” ready-to-hang.
